ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Florida's largest LGBTQ+ Pride celebration is just around the corner.
St. Pete Pride has a jam-packed schedule of events lined up for the entire month of June, including a Youth Pride & Family Day, a Sasha Colby concert and the signature Pride Parade.
Here's a guide for everything you need to know about St. Pete Pride 2024.
Do I need tickets for Pride? 🎟️
Some Pride events, including the kick-off party, parade and Juneteenth celebration, are free while others, like the concert and the Stonewall Reception, are ticketed.

Pride Parade route 🏳️🌈
The parade route will run from Albert Whitted Park to Vinoy Park along Bayshore Drive. Leading up to the parade, the TransMarch will start in Vinoy Park.
There will be a variety of local vendors, DJs and Pride swag along the route.
With hundreds of thousands of people expected in downtown St. Pete over the weekend, additional security measures will be taken.
Pride parking and street closures 🚦
Parking in St. Pete will be a hot commodity this weekend. Carpooling, ride-sharing, and public transit might be your best bet.
Free parking
- New this year, you can park in lots 5, 6, and 7 at Tropicana Stadium for free from 6 p.m. to midnight. From there, you can take the SunRunner for free to the parade. No overnight parking.
- Park at St. Pete High for free and catch a free ride to the parade. No overnight parking.
Paid parking
Closures
- St. Pete Pier will be closed to vehicular traffic starting at 4:30 p.m. on June 22
- Central Avenue and all cross streets between 1st Avenue N. and 1st Avenue S. will be closed starting at 20th Street and ending at 31st Street on June 23 for the street fair.
Do I have to stand for the St. Pete Pride Parade? 🧍
Nope.
While there will be standing room all along the Central Avenue parade route, VIP seating is also available for purchase.
You can purchase a Parade GLAMSTAND VIP Ticket for $75. It includes:
- Uncovered stadium-style seating seating for the parade
- 2 drink tickets
- Private cash bar
- Private restroom
- Free snacks and water
You can also purchase a spot in the Reserved Premier Viewing Area for $300. It includes:
- An 8' x 8' space under the trees along North Straub park
- Seating for 6
- Unrestricted access to the parade route
- ADA-accessible ground area
What else does the festival have to offer? 🏳️🌈
South Straub Park houses the low stimulation area, family zone, senior seating, community stage, food court and vendor village. All of these areas are free with entrance.
