DAVENPORT, Fla. — A man admitted to exposing himself and taking photos up the skirts of hundreds of women while working at the Circle K, according to Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd.

Just after 10 a.m. at the gas station on Sand Mine Road in Davenport, a woman reported feeling a poke on her lower back while using the self-checkout.

She told deputies that when she looked behind her, she saw 23-year-old Christopher Kilpatrick walking away.

Detectives said they reviewed security footage which showed Kilpatrick had exposed himself and poked the woman in the back. Additional footage from that day reportedly showed Kimpatrick taking photos and videos up the skirts of two other women.

Deputies responded to Kilpatrick's home in Davenport where he gave them "a full confession, saying that he has done this to between 300-400 women, including juveniles," Judd said.

Kilpatrick was arrested and charged with exposure of sexual organs and simple battery.

More charges are possible as the investigation continues.

Anyone who believes they may have been victimized by Christopher Kilpatrick is asked to contact the Special Victims Unit of the Polk County Sheriff's Office at 863-298-6200.
