ST PETERSBURG -- Police say three people were taken to a local hospital after a stolen car crashed into a house.
It happened around 9 a.m. Thursday in the 200 block of 35 S.
Investigators say the driver of a Mustang, 18-year-old Ali Granville, was speeding when he ran the stop sign at the intersection of 35th St S. and 21st Ave S. The Mustang hit a mother and her 14-year-old son driving in SUV. The impact of the crash caused the Mustang to hit the vacant house.
The crash is still under investigation.
