ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — St. Petersburg Police officers are investigating after a woman's body was found near a dumpster on Saturday morning.
A person discovered her body shortly after 8 a.m. near the 3800 block of 15th Ave North and alerted police. The investigation so far shows there were signs of trauma, but the cause of death is not immediately known, according to a news release by the department.
No other information was immediately provided.
