ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Two men were hospitalized Wednesday after a shooting in St. Petersburg, according to police.
St. Pete Police tweeted just before 12:30 p.m. that two adults were shot on 13th Avenue South near 24th Street South. Both men were subsequently taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
Officers said they are investigating the shooting. Police did not say if the shooter has been found or if they are still at large but said the shooting does not appear random.
