Crash leaves more than 2k St. Pete residents without power

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A traffic crash on First Avenue South and 19th Street South in St. Petersburg has left nearly 2,900 people without power, according to Duke Energy.

A utility pole fell on two vehicles with people inside on Saturday afternoon but there is reportedly no one injured. 

First Avenue is completely closed and traffic lights in the vicinity are also not working, according to St. Petersburg police.
