PINELLAS PARK, Fla. — Two people were taken to the hospital after a "serious crash" involving a motorcycle and pickup truck, officials said.
The Pinellas Park Police Department responded to the crash around 8:30 p.m. on Friday in the 8200 block of US 19 North.
Details are limited at this time, but the agency said the driver of the motorcycle is in critical condition.
The passenger of the motorcycle is stable. According to the police department, the passenger is a "juvenile."
The crash has closed US 19 northbound at 82nd Avenue. Drivers are asked to avoid the area as law enforcement officials are investigating the incident.
