PINELLAS PARK, Fla. — A truck overturned as a result of a five-car crash early Wednesday morning in Pinellas Park, police said.
The crash has caused delays at the intersection of 66th Street N and 102nd Avenue N. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
Sky 10 flew over the area where it appeared a truck overturned in the crosswalk beside the concrete lane barrier. Additionally, a Jeep was also seen behind the truck in the turn lane almost sideways, straddling the same concrete barrier.
Pinellas Park police say injuries were reported as a result of the crash, but no one suffered life-threatening injuries or was seriously hurt.
Around 7:30 a.m. police said the north and southbound lanes of 66th Street have one lane open but parts of 102nd Avenue are still shut down. However, the roadways are expected to reopen completely within the next hour, police said.
