Traffic again is allowed to flow through Old Coachman Road following the opening of a shallow depression earlier Wednesday.
Crews at the scene of Old Coachman Road south of Northeast Coachman Road are working to fix a 4-feet-long and 1-and-a-half-foot-deep hole located on the shoulder, according to a Pinellas County Public Works news release.
Police shut down the road around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 26.
It's certain the ground beneath the shallow depression is solid, officials say. A full repair is slated for compilation later in the day once crews determine where underground utilities are located.
