ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — St. Petersburg police are investigating a deadly stabbing.
Detectives say Justin Xavier Schmitt, who would have turned 19 tomorrow, was at his home on Haines Road North when he got into an argument with an acquaintance.
Schmitt was stabbed and died from his injuries.
Investigators questioned a man at the scene, but he has not been charged and his name has not been released.
This is still an open and ongoing investigation.
