ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A man was arrested for allegedly killing a 20-year-old in October.
St. Petersburg Police found Anthony Ly on a driveway in the area of 16th Avenue South with a gunshot wound around 5 p.m. on Oct. 30. He was taken to Orlando Bayfront Hospital in "extremely critical condition," where he died.
On Nov. 7, police arrested Eddie Smith III, 26, in connection with his death, according to a news release. He is charged with first-degree murder.
Detectives said they are still looking for a second suspect named Datrik Pettis, 23, who is also wanted for felony first-degree murder.
