ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A man is dead after a shooting outside a meat market in St. Petersburg, according to police.
Officers said their investigation began just after 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Kings Meat Market on 34th Street South. They had been called there due to reports that someone had been shot.
When police got there, they said they found a man with a gunshot wound. He was rushed to Bayfront Health where he died.
Police did not say the shooter had been found or provide any additional details about this homicide investigation.
