ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A man died after he lost control of his motorcycle early Sunday morning.
Brandon Christian Harwood Pagels, 32, was driving at 2 a.m. westbound on First Avenue North near the intersection with 19th Street North when he lost control, St. Petersburg police said.
The Riverview man veered off the road and hit two street signs before hitting a tree. Police said Pagels was pronounced dead on the scene.
