CLEARWATER, Fla. — Clearwater police are investigating a crash that left a motorcyclist dead on Saturday morning.
Investigators say a man lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into a pole around 2 a.m. in the area of the 1200 block of Union Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a news release.
Police said speed is thought to be a factor in the crash.
