PASCO COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol Troopers arrested a man who killed another man when he was allegedly driving drunk and crashed in Pasco County.
Kevin Jomell Marshall, 37, was driving his Dodge Durango westbound on State Road 56 just after 3 a.m. Sunday when he collided head-on with a Chevy Silverado, according to a news release. The Chevy flipped over and burst into flames with the driver suffering fatal injuries, troopers said.
Marshall and his wife had non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to the hospital. Marshall was arrested for DUI manslaughter and DUI property damage. He blew a .171 with the legal limit being .08, troopers said.
