A Florida Missing Child Alert has been issued for Emma Kernon. She was last seen around 4 p.m. Monday in the Wellstone Drive area of Land O' Lakes.
Kernon is described as 5-foot-5 and 110 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. According to investigators, she was last wearing a black long-sleeve shirt and black shorts.
