BRADENTON, Fla. — A 70-year-old New Hampshire man who was wanted for sexually assaulting children has been arrested in Bradenton, police say.
Law enforcement officials in Campton, New Hampshire have been investigating David Duncan since June of this year. They reportedly found out that Duncan was using a Post Office box in Bradenton and notified the local police department.
Bradenton police said they found Duncan living in a car in September. Detectives approached him and were able to "establish a cordial relationship" with Duncan in order to keep tabs on him.
The Bradenton Police Department told Campton authorities, who then secured arrest warrants for Duncan.
That led to Duncan's arrest. He is now in Manatee County Jail where he is awaiting extradition to New Hampshire on multiple felony charges for sexual assault on a minor.
