Police search for man accused of stealing from Bradenton church pastor

BRADENTON, Fla. — Law enforcement officials in Manatee County are asking for the public's help to find a man who they said entered a church and stole a pastor's driver's license, credit cards and cash.

It happened just before 8 a.m. on Sunday. The Bradenton Police Department released a photo of the man as he walked into an office at the Trinity Lutheran Church off 26th Street W.

The agency said the man was wearing a Mote Marine t-shirt at the time.

Manatee Crime Stoppers said it is also offering a $3,000 reward to the person who can identify the suspect.
