ANNA MARIA, Fla — U.S. Coast Guard crews safely rescued four boaters Saturday 20 miles off Anna Maria Island, the branch posted on X.
Crews were reportedly called to the rescue after the boaters' 19-foot vessel broke down. The Coast Guard was able to save all four on board and take them to Station Cortez, officials said in the post.
No injuries were reported during the rescue and the owner of the boat is helping coordinate vessel recovery, according to the Coast Guard.
