Tampa, Florida -- Hillsborough County is charging Scott Schweickert with two counts of first degree murder for the deaths of Jason Galehouse and Michael Wacholtz.
Police believe Schweikert and Steven Lorenzo abducted, drugged, tortured, raped and murdered the two men on consecutive nights. They thendistributed their body parts in dumpsters around Tampa Bay back in December 2003.
Lorenzo was convictedof the murders back in 2005 on federal charges, and is currently serving a 200-year prison sentence.
Schweickert waspreviously convicted asLorenzo's accomplice, and is currently serving 40 years in prison.
