The wife of former Tampa Bay Rays star Evan Longoria, a former Playboy Playmate, is suing a local strip club for using her photo in advertising without her permission.
Jaime Edmondson Longoria has joined two other women in suing Deja Vu Showgirls Tampa, our news partners at The Tampa Bay Times report.
Edmondson, 39, filed the suit Friday, saying the club used her photos on its website and on social media to promote its showing of football games at the club.
The suit seeks a total of $3.99 million from Deja Vu.
