Plant High School was placed on lockdown after the Hillsborough County School District says it received a "vague threat" Wednesday morning.
Authorities searched the school and nothing was found in relation to the "vague threats."
However, as Tampa Police and School Security walked the parking lot, they stopped to talk to a student who was sitting in his car and they found weapons which the student uses for hunting.
Police do believe he is a hunter and this is unrelated to the "vague threat." So far, the student has not been arrested and police are talking with him.
