"Ninety percent of the stuff has to be totally thrown out," said Cathy Filimon, who has not been in her rental home for nine days, after flooding forced her family of five including an autistic child to stay with friends.
"I would say there's a good foot of water in here," said Filimon's son.
The Filimons shot a cell phone video just a couple days ago. Sadly they were flooded out of a different home during Debby in 2012, lost their home in New Jersey in 2009 and lost an infant son a few years ago.
"You see all the water in the house and you get sad about losing everything again, but at least our children are alive and healthy," said Filimon.
Filimon says it could be days before she is able to go through what's left of her family's belongings.
"Pretty much everything waist down in the house was lost and everything from the waist up we weren't able to recover because of the mold and whatever," said Filimon.
The Salvation Army is offering cleaning kits for people who are able to get back into their homes and start cleaning. It comes with a mop, sponge, gloves and other cleaning tools, but for Filimon it's kind of useless because she can't get in her home yet and when she does her well doesn't work and when it does the water is probably contaminated.
"Those will have to be re-established before any clean up can happen so I don't see that happening anytime soon," said Filimon.
The Pasco Sheriff's Office toured the Bass Lake neighborhood and saw homes still under water, a stock trailer, barn and corrals are still in deep water.
"We're also making sure that folks that don't belong here are staying out of here," said Pasco Capt. James Steffens.
"A forecast of rain I think I have like a post traumatic response at this point," said Filimon.
And yet is Filimon still smiling.
