Baracka Williams was last seen leaving his home on Bradley Road in Thonotosassa around 8 a.m. on Sept. 25, according to the HIllsborough County Sheriff's Office.

Authorities described him as 5-foot-3-inches tall, has a medium build, brown eyes and black twists in his hair. He was wearing a black shirt and black pants.

Williams is reportedly diabetic and insulin-dependent, and it is unknown whether he currently has access to his medication, and if he's following his treatment plan.
