TAMPA, Fla. — Tampa police have released a video of the person suspected of shooting and killing a woman last week on Nebraska Avenue.
Officers say 37-year-old Rebecca Couture was shot and killed just after 8 a.m. on March 4 on N Nebraska Avenue near E Powhatan Avenue.
Police are now working to identify a person caught on camera walking in a black hoodie, black pants, black shoes and a face covering.
