BRANDON, Fla. — Students and teachers will find out Monday what the plan is after McLane Middle School caught fire.
Hillsborough County School officials are expected to asses the damage after last Friday’s fire. No one was hurt.
The school district suspects a lightning strike caused the fire on the roof of building 600, which contains eight classrooms.
The start of school is set for Aug. 12.
