TAMPA, Fla. — Tampa police are investigating a shooting that sent a juvenile to the hospital on Friday afternoon.
It happened just before 3:45 p.m. on N Armenia Avenue near W Humphrey Street.
Officers say the juvenile was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries but stable.
The shooting appears to be isolated, according to the police department.
Police are now searching for the shooter. Anyone with information that could assist in the investigation is asked to call the Tampa Police Department at 813-231-6130.
