PLANT CITY, Fla. — Two dogs died after a fire broke out at a Plant City home on Tuesday morning.

Hillsborough County Fire Rescue responded to a fire at a single apartment on the second floor with horse stables below just before 9 a.m. on Frank Moore Road. Crews said the two-story structure was fully engulfed in smoke and flames, according to a news release.
