LUTZ, Fla. — A wrong-way driver was arrested for driving under the influence after he crashed nearly head-on into a car on the Veterans Expressway, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
It happened around 1:45 a.m. Thursday.

They were taken to an area hospital for treatment.
