HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla — A 59-year-old man died after a single-vehicle crash Friday afternoon in Hillsborough County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 12:30 p.m. when the Hudson man lost control of his Toyota Tundra while driving south on US-41 near Valroy Road and drove into a ditch.
FHP said the vehicle overturned several times before coming to a stop.
The 59-year-old man died at the scene of the crash. It is unknown why the man lost control of his truck.
