TAMPA, Fla. — Tampa police are investigating after they reported finding a man dead in the Hillsborough River.
Police say officials responded just before 1:30 p.m. Monday in the area of Rowlett Park when the agency's Marine Unit recovered the man's body from the water.
Police say there are currently no obvious signs of foul play so far in the investigation.
Detectives are still investigating and are working to identify the man.
