TAMPA, Fla. — Tampa police arrested a 17-year-old in connection to Tuesday's shooting near Armature Works that left four people hurt, including three innocent bystanders who were shot.
The teen is charged with second-degree attempted murder with a firearm and felon in possession of a firearm.
Investigators said the teen was identified through witness testimony and surveillance video, which showed him firing shots in the direction of two people.
Police are continuing to search for another person of interest identified in this case.
Two groups of teenage boys believed to be between 13 and 17 years old were near Stones Throw, a restaurant that's part of Armature Works, when they started arguing. Eventually, the confrontation led to gunfire.
A 47-year-old woman was shot in her arm, a 28-year-old woman was shot in her ankle and a 36-year-old woman was grazed by a bullet, according to Tampa police. The first two women were taken to the hospital and are expected to be okay. The third woman was treated at the scene, authorities said.
After the shooting, police say both groups of teenagers took off from the area. One person who police believe was involved took himself to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg. He is also expected to be okay, police said.
The investigation revealed each group of teens shot at each other, officials said. Detectives are working to figure out where the guns that were used came from and if they were stolen.
Investigators are continuing to follow up on leads to identify anyone else who may have been involved.
Meanwhile, the family of one of the victims, 28-year-old Jenny Raymer Brown, is speaking out for the first time. Her father, Danny Reymer, tells 10 Tampa Bay that Jenny is pregnant and that she, her husband, and their young daughter were enjoying a meal when the shots rang out.
"They were in a very fun place for lunch when two groups began to show some conflict, I guess there was a spilled drink, and then out come the guns. And Jenny just happened to be in the line of fire," Reymer said. "We're very angry, very angry that this would happen to compromise her, her family, her children."
He said she was shot in the leg and after surgery, now has a metal rod in her leg. He is grateful the outcome wasn't worse.
"Thank goodness this isn't the tragedy that it could have been," Reymer added.

"It is disheartening that yet again our community has to deal with senseless gun violence," Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw said in a statement. "The lack of concern for the safety of others is not only alarming but disappointing because an incident of this nature does not reflect the true community within the City of Tampa. Together, we can work towards limiting the number of firearms juveniles have access to by properly securing firearms and locking vehicle doors."
On Tuesday evening, Bercaw vowed to charge and prosecute all involved.
The shooting happened just after 4 p.m. in the area of North Ola Avenue and West 7th Avenue.
