HERNANDO COUNTY, Fla. — A crash on northbound Interstate 75 in Hernando County caused a semi-truck to jackknife, temporarily blocking all lanes of the highway.

It happened just after noon Wednesday on northbound I-75 near mile marker 304. The crash involved the semi and at least one other car, according to photos of the scene provided by Hernando County Fire Rescue.

Only minor injuries were reported for the crash, fire crews said.

As a result of the crash, the semi jackknifed and crashed into a guardrail, causing the truck's trailer to go sideways and completely block the northbound lanes.

A car also crashed into a guardrail, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

All lanes of I-75 have since reopened to traffic.
