SPRING HILL, Fla. -- The Hernando County Sheriff's Office said it is responding to a possible shooting near Powell Middle School in Spring Hill.
Deputies said there is a possible shooting near the Circle K gas station at 14195 Elgin Boulevard. Officials said to avoid the area.
Powell Middle School is near the intersection of Elgin Boulevard and Barclay Avenue. Challenge K-8 School of Science of Mathematics is also down the street from the Circle K.
