St. Petersburg - Officials say a mother told them her son who fatally shot two people and wounded a third inside a Radio Shack had anger-management issues. Justin Cudar walked into the Radio Shack yesterday and without warning killed 23-year-old Kenneth Powell and a store clerk, 19-year-old Joanna Cruz. He critically wounded another clerk, 30-year-old James Dolan. He then shot himself in the head and died. Video: 911 Tape (warning - language and nature of audio may be disturbing)Pinellas County Sheriff’s Officials said 25-year-old Cudar was also believed to have assaulted two motorists earlier yesterday when he threw a steering-wheel locking device through the window. Sheriff’s office spokeswoman Marianne Pasha said there is no known connection between the victims of the Radio Shack shooting and Cudar or the earlier road rage incident. Dolan remains in critical condition at the hospital today after undergoing surgery.
