At least one lane of traffic appears to be getting by a plane that landed on I-75.

Traffic is snarled on Interstate 75 near Gainesville as a plane made an emergency landing on the highway.

ALACHUA COUNTY, Fla. -- Traffic is snarled on Interstate 75 near Gainesville as a plane made an emergency landing on the highway.

The small aircraft made a landing on northbound I-75 at the 382-mile marker, located near the Williston Road Exit, according to the Alachua County Sheriff's Office.

Drivers are asked to find another route.
