Tampa, Florida -- Florida First Lady Ann Scott is in Tampa, touring Layla's House.
It's an early childhood learning center for kids from birth to five-years-old with bilungual classes, art and music, and even newborn care.
Scott says she stopped by after hearing about the good work and nutritional programs at the pre-school.
