Flooding in St. Petersburg has caused quite a few traffic problems on Wednesday morning.
A 27-year-old woman was rescued from her car on Roser Park Drive after it went into a canal. She received minor injuries after she got trapped while driving along the road next to the canal. Flash flooding caused the water to rise several feet and onto the road.
She was rescued from the back window of the SUV after crews broke the glass to get her out.
Flooding has also left three cars stranded near 20th Street and 5th Avenue
