Bradenton Beach, Florida -- Beachgoers got an unwelcome surprise amidst the white sands and relaxing waves on Sunday evening.
Police say a man and woman began to have sex, out in the open and in full view of dozens of people, including a 4-year-old girl.

Officers were called out around 8:30 to the 500 block of Cortez Beach. According to the arrest affidavit, 39-year-old Jose Caballero and 20-year-old Elissa Alvarez began to fondle each other and then have sex on the beach in front of several people. A woman who called police was upset, because the act was witnessed by her 4-year-old daughter. Another witness captured the carnal display on cell phone video.
Seven witnesses total filed complaints on Caballero and Alvarez's behavior, and the couple was placed under arrest.
