Shortly after 5 a.m. on May 30, Clearwater Police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue received a call about a boat crash near Sand Key.
The boat crashed into a jetty near Sand Key Park. Two people were taken to Morton Plant Hospital with minor injuries. FWC and Coast Guard also responded. FWC will be conducting the investigation.
