UNDATED (AP) -- Actor and singer Hamilton Camp has died. His official Web site says Camp died suddenly on October second. He was 70. The Los Angeles Times says Camp had fallen recently, but the exact cause of death wasn't known. Camp started out as a folk singer in the 60s. His album "Live at the Gate of Horn" with his singing partner Bob Gibson is considered a classic. Camp later turned to acting and appeared in more than 100 T-V shows and movies.His last T-V guest shot was on the first season of "Desperate Housewives," where he played the carpenter who sold the toy chest that Paul Young dumped in the river.
