TAMPA, Fla. – A judge on Friday ordered attorneys in the Seminole Heights serial killings case to release certain documents that had been restricted, including search warrants and search warrant returns.
Attorneys for accused killer Howell Donaldson III previously objected to releasing the information.
The judge’s order does not grant a full release of the documents. Some information will still need to be redacted, and attorneys have one week to do so before they are available to the public.
