Tampa, Florida -- The man accused of throwing his daughter over a bridge has been found "mentally incompetent" to stand trial by doctors.
A judge revealed 2 doctors have assessed Jonchuck's mental health and determined his incompetent to stand trial. Prosecutors can request a third evaluation. The decision will be addressed in another court hearing next week.
