Florida missing child alert canceled for toddler

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has resolved the missing child alert for 2-year-old Carter Cox.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement believes the 2-year-old boy, Carter Cox, could be with Rosie Cruz.

GROVELAND, Fla. – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued a missing child alert for a 2-year-old boy Thursday.

Carter Cox was last seen on Water Willow Drive near Broad Street in Groveland, Florida, the FDLE said.

The Florida Missing Child Alert has been canceled and the case has been resolved, according to the Groveland Police Department.

The boy has blonde hair and gray eyes.

Authorities say the toddler may be with Rosie Cruz.

Cruz, 33, has black hair and brown eyes.

The two could be traveling in a 2009, green Chrysler Town & Country Van with the Florida tag number N405SE.
