WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. — Pasco County deputies arrested a man accused of pointing a gun at a motorcyclist during a road rage incident Monday evening.
Ryan Defrancisco, 31, pointed a pistol at a motorcyclist while taking the man's keys out of the engine near I-75 North and State Road 56, according to deputies.
Defrancisco kept the motorcyclist from leaving by using his truck to block the motorcyclist who says he was fearful for his life, the arrest affidavit reads.
He later admitted to deputies to chasing down the motorcyclist and pointing the gun at him for running a red light and almost causing an accident, deputies say. He also admitted to holding the gun while taking the motorcyclist's keys out of the motorcycle.
Defrancisco faces charges for aggravated assault and robbery with a firearm or deadly weapon.
