CLEARWATER, Fla. — Fans of the late actress Kirstie Alley could get their hands on a piece of memorabilia this month in Clearwater.
An estate sale for property from the "Cheers" and "Look Who's Talking" star's collection is being held Wednesday, May 1, through Saturday, May 4, and again from Thursday, May 11, through Saturday, May 13.
The cash-only sale will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 811 Cleveland Street. Parking is available nearby at 814 Cleveland Street as cars parked behind the building will be towed.
According to Those Two Girls Estate Sales, which is running the event, guests can expect to bid on household items, tables, clothes, dresses, shoes, pottery, salvage items, lighting and furniture that once filled the 7,815 square-foot property along Clearwater Harbor.
Alley died in December 2022 from a "recently discovered" colon cancer, her family said at the time. She had been receiving care from Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa.
"We are sad to inform you that our incredible, fierce and loving mother has passed away after a battle with cancer, only recently discovered," the statement read. "As iconic as she was on screen, she was an even more amazing mother and grandmother."
According to the Tampa Bay Times, Alley had owned a home in Clearwater since 2000 when she bought the mansion from fellow Scientologist Lisa Marie Presley. The home is reportedly close to the Church of Scientology's headquarters.
The waterfront mansion is located at 1100 N Osceola Avenue, just more than a mile away from where the estate sale is being held. It sold in August 2023 for $5.2 million.
