TAMPA, Fla. — Are you a pro at decoding Easter eggs in Taylor Swift's posts? Or maybe you're a Mastermind at analyzing lyrics?
The University of South Florida has the class of your Wildest Dreams.
USF will offer a Taylor Swift-focused English course this upcoming fall semester, according to the school's newspaper, The Oracle.
LIT3301: Cultural Studies and Popular Art is usually a study of American and international cultures represented in film, fiction and other artifacts. But this rendition of the course Hits Different. Titled "Taylor Swift's Eras," the fall semester course will focus on Swift's albums, literary influences and the cultural impact of her music.

According to The Oracle, English professors Jessica Cook, Emily Jones and Michelle Taylor were analyzing the lyrics of Taylor Swift's “Begin Again” over lunch when they thought of it.
“We realized after we’d been talking for a few minutes, that this is the kind of thing our students do,” Jones told the newspaper. “We could teach a course on this.”
The professors will be teaching three sections of the course this fall.
While the professors haven't decided exactly what the structure of the class will be, they told The Oracle it will include watching Taylor Swift music videos and comparing her music to literary influences like Shakespeare and Emily Dickinson.
The course is open to all majors, with the only prerequisites being English Composition 1 and 2.

USF isn't the only school bringing Swift studies into the classroom. The University of Florida offers a class focused on Swift's "musical storytelling," while the University of Houston teaches a course on the singer's "Entrepreneurial Genius."
