WINTER HAVEN, Fla. — Deputies are searching for a 23-year-old man accused of killing another man after being jealous of a woman.
Kwavaughn Buckley is wanted for murdering 36-year-old Jeremiah Aguirre.
On Saturday, authorities found Aguirre dead in his home on Lauderdale Court in Polk County, the sheriff's office said in a news release.
Deputies say Buckley appeared to have killed Aguirre due to jealousy over a woman.
Buckley reportedly drives a silver Chrysler 300 and should be considered armed and dangerous. He is known to often be in the Poinciana area in Polk and Osceola counties.
“We need the public’s help to find Buckley so he can be held accountable," Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said in a statement. "If you know where we can find him, call our main number at 863-298-6200 or call Heartland Crime Stoppers at 888-400-TIPS.”
Deputies say Buckley will face charges of first degree murder and armed burglary with assault or battery when arrested.
