PORT RICHEY, Fla. — Pasco County sheriff's deputies are asking for the public's help to track down a man who threw a brick through a vehicle's window.
On Wednesday, the suspect was involved in a road-rage incident, deputies said. The man grabbed a landscape brick and threw it through the driver's side window.
The suspect then grabbed the victim by the neck.
The man got into a newer model Honda Civic and headed west on San Miguel Drive.
