Tampa police search for suspects in 7-Eleven robbery caught on video

Surveillance video provided by TPD shows three suspects entering a store with a face covering on.

TAMPA, Fla. — Tampa police are asking for the public's help to identify three suspects they say were involved in a commercial robbery at a gas station.

Authorities say this happened around 1:30 a.m. Monday at a 7-Eleven gas station West Waters Avenue and North Boulevard.

Surveillance video provided by TPD shows three suspects entering a store with a face covering on. They then walked behind the counter while pointing a gun at a gas station employee, police say.

The suspects reportedly took tobacco products and money from the registers before leaving in the store in an unknown direction. No one was reported injured.

"Tampa Police detectives are working diligently to identify the suspects and make an arrest in this case. Your information could be crucial to the investigation," the department wrote in a news release.

If you know anything about the suspects' identity or there whereabouts, you are asked to call Tampa PD at 813-231-6130 or share a tip via Tip411.
